Horizontal Parted Mould Moulding Line As a fast growth ductile iron castings manufacturer in North China, Since 2002. To improve casting production and pollution control, Our group invested USD3,000,000 to build a Horizontal Parted Mould Moulding Line to replace lost foam and manmade moulding . Moulding plate size 1000x1000mm. new induction furnace melting 3ton per hour. Sand treatment system 120ton per hour. All the equipment will go into operate in July 2017. The month output will increase to 2000ton. For the change in pollution control, smokestack emissions will reduce 80%.
